L’actualité récente nous a fourni deux nouvelles preuves de ce comportement schizophrène de Kiev, qui revendique la souveraineté sur le territoire du Donbass tout en refusant de traiter les habitants de la région comme des citoyens normaux, ou en proposant de les humilier le jour où le Donbass redeviendrait ukrainien.

D’après lui, les nouveaux accords devraient rendre à l’Ukraine le contrôle total de la frontière ukraino-russe conjointement avec les forces de maintien de la paix de l’ONU, l’introduction des organes judiciaires ukrainiens dans le Donbass et l’organisation d’élections, ainsi qu’une amnistie pour ceux qui n’ont pas commis de crimes graves, comme les meurtres.

Depuis la signature des accords de Minsk 2, l`armée ukrainienne n`a eu de cesse de grignoter la zone grise (qui est pourtant censée rester démilitarisée), village après village, pendant que l`OSCE faisait mine de regarder ailleurs, comme si cela ne violait pas les accords que l`organisation est censée aider à faire appliquer.
